Shipping Information

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM ET, weekends, or US federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

We ship domestically with USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Expedited orders ship via UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air where available. A tracking number is emailed automatically once your package leaves our facility.

Domestic orders over $150 ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

All vials are individually labeled, sealed, and cushioned in tamper-evident packaging. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded for privacy. Each shipment includes a packing slip and lot-matched Certificate of Analysis.

Temperature-sensitive lyophilized peptides are shipped with insulated liners and ice packs when ambient conditions require it. For heat-sensitive products ordered between June and September, we automatically upgrade to expedited service at no additional cost where feasible. Upon arrival, store products per the instructions on the Certificate of Analysis — typically refrigerated at 2–8 °C or frozen at –20 °C.

If your package shows delivered but has not arrived, contact your carrier and our support team within 7 days. We monitor every shipment and will work with the carrier to resolve loss or damage claims.
