No-Returns Policy
Once a research compound has left our facility, we cannot accept its return into inventory. Cold-chain integrity, lot traceability, and the regulatory status of research chemicals make resale of returned product impossible. As a result, all sales are final and we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.
Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong product, provided the issue is reported within the contact window below.
48-Hour Contact Window
You must contact support@aminobiohack.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected product
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be honored.
Replacement Procedure
Once your claim is approved, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost via expedited service, typically within 1 business day. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may be asked to return the damaged or incorrect item using a prepaid label. Do not discard original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind, ordered in error, or no longer needed
- Failure to store product at the recommended temperature after delivery
- Shipments refused or returned to sender without prior authorization
- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Packages refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded less original shipping and a 15% restocking fee, only after the product passes inspection. Cold-chain product returned to sender cannot be refunded.
